If you have issue that prevents you from accessing the phone (Screen blacked out, Touch is non-responsive, etc.), try finding a unique 15 digit IMEI number usually written on the Sim Tray, and using official Apple website check your device model.

Our 1-year part and labor warranty covers any issues with your device after the repair that are not caused by physical/water damage.
